<p>Our Fall camping trip is coming very soon! <strong>Saturday-Sunday September 25-26</strong> at:</p>
<p><strong>Judson Baptist Retreat Center<br />
10330 Peterson Road<br />
St Francisville, Louisiana 70775</strong></p>
<p>The theme is <strong>*The Way of Friendship*. </strong>Come and learn more about what it means to be a friend and to grow in friendship with other people. This is a good chance to get away from Baton Rouge to rest, have some fun, spend time with friendly people.</p>
<p><strong>Camp activities</strong> include climbing wall, basketball, hiking, hay ride, bonfire. There will also be three times for worship and Bible study.</p>
<p>Cost is only <strong>$20 per person</strong> (<strong>$10 per child</strong> - and children 2 years or younger are free). This includes everything - room, meals, activities. We will stay in <em>hotel rooms - not tents or cabins.</em></p>
<p>We will leave Baton Rouge around 9:00 a.m. on Saturday and return around 3:00 p.m. on Sunday.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Church of the Nations will host a field <strong>trip to the Louisiana State Museum and the State Capitol this Saturday, August 28</strong>.  People who live on or near the LSU campus can catch a ride starting at Edward Gay apartments at 9:30 a.m. The bus will also stop at Tiger Towers then Nicholson bus stop then Tigerland. Those  who want to drive themselves can meet us at the church parking lot - we  will leave the church parking lot by 10:00 a.m.</p>
<p>We first will visit the Louisiana State Museum which has many  interesting exhibits about the state of Louisiana - its history,  culture, and traditions. We will have a short picnic lunch (sandwiches,  chips, drinks) then visit the State Capitol. Children may come but  parents must watch them at all times.</p>

<p>*This trip is mainly for &#8220;new&#8221; internationals (those who have recently  arrived in Baton Rouge) and/or internationals who have not yet visited  these places*. <span style="text-decoration: underline;">But people who are interested in participating must reserve a place by Friday morning. </span>(The  church bus can only carry so many people and we need to know how much  food to bring.) To reserve a place on the trip please contact Rick  Wright at rwright AT ubc-br DOT org or call his office at 766-9474 ext  222.</p>
<p>We should have everyone back home around 2:00-2:30 p.m.</p>

<li><strong>*However we recommend you turn <em>right</em> and park on Aberdeen. Then walk <em>carefully </em>across Hyacinth. Do not park in any driveways and do not park on anyone&#8217;s yard/grass. Please park only on the street. Thank you!*</strong></li>
