We invite everyone to join us for our regular Bible study and worship this Sunday March 28. This Sunday March 28 is Palm Sunday. It is the first day of what we call Holy Week which is the week before Easter Sunday.
Please note the special activities we have during Holy Week.
Thursday April 01 - Maundy Thursday. “Big sanctuary” at 7:00 p.m. I strongly encourage people to come to the Maundy Thursday worship time if they can. It is one of the most beautiful and meaningful worship times of the year. Rick will be happy to pick up people who want to come starting at Edward Gay apartments at 6:20 p.m.
Friday April 02 - Good Friday. The chapel (where Church of the Nations normally meets) at 3:00 p.m.
Sunday April 04 - Easter Sunday. *Please notice we have different schedule only for Easter Sunday!* Bible study at 9:15 a.m. and worship at 10:30 a.m. Rick will pick up people starting at Edward Gay apartments at 9:00 a.m.
Easter eggs? Easter bunnies?!? What do eggs and bunnies have to do with Easter?

Please remember that we have a different schedule for our Sunday morning activities this Sunday, March 14. Basically everything will be one hour earlier:
- Bible study at 9:20 a.m.
- Worship gathering at 10:30 a.m.
- Church bus picks up starting at Edward Gay at 9:00 a.m.
The reason is because this Sunday we encourage you to join us for Family Fun Day! After worship both Church of the Nations and University Baptist Church will have a picnic lunch. Games and small prizes for children. And a few games for older children and adults as well. Easter egg hunts. And music and entertainment while we eat.
(Church of the Nations normally helps prepare the lunches. So we will have a short worship time and then some of us will go to the kitchen and put food into boxes for the people.)
Very important! Daylight savings time begins again this weekend. Move your clocks forward one hour Saturday night. (Yes this means we lose one hour. Sorry.) If you forget to do this then you will be one hour late for everything.
