The Choir of the Nations will meet again to practice together this Friday, September 04 starting at 6:00 p.m. in the chapel at University Baptist Church.
Pastor Rick will drive the church bus and pick up choir members who need a ride starting at Edward Gay at 5:40 p.m.
Please come if you can. And please be on time!
We are always happy to have new people come and be a part of our choir. You do not have to be a famous opera singer. You only need to enjoy music and like to sing.
We normally do not have English Conversation the Friday before the first Sunday of the month.
We keep a large list of email addresses that we use to let everyone know about English Conversation and other activities.
After the Welcome Party we added many new addresses - including several @Yahoo.Com email addresses.
All of our emails to Yahoo.Com addresses were returned. We are working to find out why. One hypothesis is that Yahoo.Com thinks these emails are spam. If that is the problem - and it might not be - we will try to figure out another way of sending emails to people with Yahoo.Com addresses.
Our Sunday schedule for Bible study and worship will be different this Sunday, August 30. Our schedule will return to normal the next Sunday, September 06.
